The **Böker Daily Knives AK1 Gold Damast** is a fixed knife, perfect for EDC use or as a collector's item in your display case. Remarkable about this knife is the golden colour, but also the cooperation between designer Alex Kremer, Böker and Daily Customs. The latter makes different types of scales for this knife that are interchangeable. These are sold separately. As such, you can decide for yourself if you want to add different scales. Or if prefer to not add any scales at all. The possibilities are endless!

## Böker AK1 Gold Damast material

The gold-coloured reverse tanto blade is made from damascus, featuring a 'Boomerang' pattern. Hand-forged by Chad Nichols. The handle scales, which feel great in hand, are made from curly birch wood. This is birch root wood, stabilized with a dark resin. The beautiful markings in the wood are in harmony with the blade. In short: remarkable materials for a special knife. 

A fun little detail is the reversible lanyard hole. What? Yes, really: a lanyard hole you can turn over to make sure it disappears Underneath the scales, at the end of the handle, you will find an interchangeable part. This is where the lanyard eye is sticking out. If you remove the scales you will find that you can remove this part, and turn it over. This is how you remove the lanyard eye, for a cleaner look.

The Böker Daily Knives AK1 Gold Damast comes with a leather sheath with Ulticlip. You can carry the sheath in your pocket of click it on the edge with the Ulticlip.
